Do you use acrylic paints and a special type of jewellery lacquer on them?

Ah ok then. I didn't even know tempura paint existed. What's the difference between acrylic paint and that one?

the difference is that tempura paint if water based meaning that it drys faster meaning that it gives you smooth lines and acrylic drys slower and gives you more texture and is hard to wash. X)
